Shipping Policy:
- Farmer's Harvest offers free delivery nationwide on every order.
- An order confirmation will be sent to you via email/phone after you place the order on the website.
- The order will take 2 - 4 business days to be delivered once the order is shipped.
- If a product is not available at the time of dispatch, we will take your advice on replacements or refunds.
- Our payment modes are cash on delivery and via Visa/debit card.
Exchange Policy:
- We make sure the products reach you fresh but in any case, if you receive them spoiled, you can always claim for an exchange through our customer service number.
- The exchanged product will be subject to the products available at that time.
- Exchangeable products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with other order details.
How to Return / Exchange:
- If you received a spoiled product and wish to exchange them.
- Contact customer service with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process.
- You will have to send a picture of your order to our customer service number in case of spoiled products.
- Once your exchange is processed (10 days after receipt of items) we will send you the available products of the same amount with the exact same mode of payment that was used at the time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
How to handle the package:
The products we dispatch are freshly plucked. There is no use of carbide or any other chemical to artificially ripen them or to preserve them so we send them unripe (green) to make sure they don’t go bad in the delivery process. So if you receive the mangoes green, here is what you need to do.
- There will be a harvest date and packing date mentioned on the box.
- Leave the box a room temperature if it’s not the time yet.
- If it is the time but the mangoes are still green, leave them in the box for 2-3 days at the room temperature.
- Open the box if you smell the aroma of the freshly ripened mangoes and enjoy!
